Sole Treadmill Reviews – The Best Sole Treadmills

Here at Sole Treadmill Reviews we cover treadmills from a brand called Sole Fitness, a well-known company for indoor fitness equipment, especially for treadmills. Although they have other fitness equipment too like bikes and ellipticals among others, the treadmills are what makes them famous.

They are a very well established company. With more than 20 years of experience in making treadmills they are one of the big players. They are a main supplier for some of the leading hotel chains in the world that exclusively use Sole treadmills in their gyms or for their “In Room Fitness” programs. Therefore they have developed portable and lightweight, but still very reliable and long-lasting treadmills. That these machines also look very good goes without saying since hotels don’t usually use “ugly” equipment.

The exact same line of Sole treadmills is available for home users as well, including the very good reputation for quality, performance and reliability.

Sole Fitness wont be found in the low price spectrum of fitness equipment. The cheapest of their treadmills still costs over $900. If you check out their machines though, there is no question that you get very good value for money. All their machines are robust, and are built to last.

Even their special folding models are very stable and robust, no need to worry about their stability. The folding models are what most of their hotel partners use for the so-called “In Room Fitness”, the fact that they are still partners is just proof of the quality of their product.

Lets take a look at their range of treadmills now…

Out of these eight machines – five are folding models while three are non-folding. A short review for each model can be found below, more detailed sole treadmill reviews are available on separate pages.

The F63 treadmill is their cheapest model but at currently $949 it is hardly really cheap. Yet for a machine of such good quality which will probably last a lifetime it is very hard to beat. Check out our detailed review of the Sole F63 treadmill.

The next in line is the F65 model. Being slightly bigger and a bit more powerful, we think it is not really worth spending $1300 on it. Don’t get us wrong, the F65 is a very good machine, but the next machine in line, the F80, will cost you a mere $200 more and is well worth every extra penny.

The F80 is the most popular treadmill in their whole lineup. This might be because the F80 comes with a 60 inch long belt, a much bigger display, a more powerful motor and a near perfect cushioning system. That accounts for way more than the $200 difference from the F65. Additionally you also get a longer and better warranty. Check out our complete Sole F80 treadmill review.

Now lets up it a notch. The F83 and F85 are both based on the very good F80. The main upgrades are even more powerful motors, more programs and bigger displays. Costing $1800 and $1900 respectively these are definitely not cheap, but as explained earlier, you get what you pay for, very good value for money. Of course we have the Sole F83 treadmill review and also the Sole F85 treadmill review for you.

Lets move on to the non-folding Sole treadmill reviews…

These are the S73, S77 and the TT8. The S73 is currently priced at $1700 while the S77 costs only $1900. Both models give you the same features as the F80, but have additional features like heart rate programs and a 2” wider belt. Two inches seem very little difference, but you will definitely notice and appreciate while running. In case you house is spacious enough to accommodate the S73 or S77 and you like a bigger running surface, then no other model can really compare to these two. These two machines differ mainly in the power of their motor. More in the detailed review of the Sole S73 treadmill and the Sole S77 treadmill review.

Now our Sole treadmill reviews reached the top of the lineup – the TT8. It is very similar to the S77, costing $2115 and adding some nifty extras that you can explore in our full review of the Sole TT8 review. The TT8 is the closest to a professional gym treadmill you can get.

Sole F80 Treadmill ReviewWho is Sole Fitness?

The name may not sound as familiar as some of the other more upmarket brands, but they make very solid treadmills that simply work day in day out, mostly without any trouble or problems. Sole’s customer service is rated one of the best in the industry. Even those few customers that had requests or trouble with something in their machines agree that Sole’s customer service is very prompt and good.

Again, they may not sell the cheapest machines, but they are very good value for money. You probably get decades of use, so your “per year cost” of using a treadmill is likely much less than any cheap model could offer. Hilton Hotels use only Sole treadmills for their In Room Fitness. That is a very strong testimony for the quality of their products.
